These terms apply when you use the Casa Aguilar website, the Casa Aguilar app for iPhone and Android, and our assistant on Facebook Messenger. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Casa Aguilar the Events Place is an events venue at 1179 Tropical Avenue, BF Homes International, Las Piñas City, Philippines 1740. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Casa Aguilar, and “you” means anyone using our website, app or Messenger assistant.
Our website, app and Messenger assistant let you learn about our venue, view upcoming events and our gallery, send an inquiry, book an ocular visit, register for food tastings and receive news from us. They are free to use.
We may change, pause or stop any part of them at any time, for example to make improvements or repairs.
Sending an inquiry, chatting with our assistant or booking an ocular visit does not reserve a date. A date is only reserved once our team confirms it with you in writing and the reservation payment is received.
Event bookings are covered by a separate written agreement with us, which sets out the rates, payments, deposits, cancellations and venue rules for your event. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to your booking.
We work to keep our information accurate, but packages, rates, availability, photos and event details are a general guide and can change. Our Messenger assistant is automated and may not always answer correctly. For anything you plan to rely on, please confirm with our team.

Food tasting and event passes are for the guests they were issued to and can’t be sold. Each pass may be checked at the door, and space at our events may be limited. We may cancel registrations that break these terms.
The Casa Aguilar name, logo, photos, videos and text on our website and app belong to us or are used with permission. You may share our pages and posts, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
Some features use services run by other companies, such as Facebook Messenger, Google Maps, and the booking pages for ocular visits. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We provide our website, app and Messenger assistant as they are, and we can’t promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using them or relying on their information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
